Olivia Rogers
Do you ever feel like your mind just won’t turn off, no matter how hard you try? I work with adults who are carrying stress, anxiety, or big life changes, and I help them find ways to feel more grounded, steady, and connected to what matters most.
In sessions with me, you’ll learn practical tools—like how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, regulate intense emotions, and build habits that support your overall well-being. My goal is to make therapy a safe and supportive space where you feel understood while also walking away with strategies you can actually use in your daily life.
I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine after graduating Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Brockport with a degree in Psychology and minors in Communication and Aging Studies. Alongside counseling, I also help train and onboard new clinicians at Sanare, because I believe growth and support should extend to both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking with my dog, exploring new spots around the city, or cheering (loudly) for Philly sports.
