Alexandra Lambritsios
Beginning therapy can feel extremely lonesome and scary, but it does not have to be! Human connection is the most useful tool in healing individuals. This means feeling like you are not alone and finding strength through unity.
In group with me, you will find yourself feeling challenged yet supported. This is the exact combination needed to facilitate change healthily in a safe environment. Together, we can help you understand your own needs while working on developing coping skills for when times feel abit overwhelming.
My name is Alexandra (She/Her), and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Chester University. I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am working alongside amazing therapists while pursuing my LPC. In my clinical work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existentialism and use an integrative approach, tailoring our work to meet your unique needs and goals.
Group therapy can be a life-changing experience, as it was for me in times of need. Working together in groups helps normalize struggles and connect through similar experiences. If you need some change but are unsure where to start, join us, and we will guide you through the first steps. I look forward to meeting you.
