Sanare Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient Therapy is the kind of therapy most people are familiar with. You meet with a therapist regularly to talk, learn, and work through what is on your mind. At Sanare, you can do this through individual sessions or small group work, allowing you to continue the sense of connection that many people find so valuable in IOP.

For Referring Professionals
Outpatient Therapy provides clients with steady, one-to-one clinical support as they continue building skills, strengthening stability, and maintaining progress after IOP or PHP. Every client begins with a focused assessment that clarifies goals and guides the structure of treatment. Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly, allowing therapists to offer consistent accountability, emotional guidance, and practical skill development.
Care is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed practice, trauma-informed care, EMDR when indicated, and experiential methods. Treatment adapts to each client’s needs while maintaining clear and reliable structure. With consent, we coordinate directly with referring providers to align on treatment goals, medication or case management needs, and long-term planning. Therapists provide updates when clinically appropriate and collaborate with you to support a smooth transition if a higher level of care becomes necessary.
Sanare is in network with most major commercial insurance plans, and our team manages benefit verification and authorizations to reduce barriers for clients and families.

FAQs
We’ve heard it all. Here’s what people ask—and what we tell them.
If you are worn down, not quite yourself, and getting through the day feels tougher than it should, it may be time to reach out. You may also want support that helps you feel clearer and more able to handle what life puts in front of you.
If you are seeing changes in mood, motivation, school involvement, sleep, or behavior, reaching out can help you understand what is going on and what to do next.
Reach out by phone (1 610-344-9600) or through our contact form. We learn what is going on and schedule an initial consultation. After the consultation, we recommend a plan for getting started.
Many people begin within a few days. Timing depends on availability, location, and the level of support recommended during the consultation.
Everyone moves at a different pace. Some people start to feel a shift within a few weeks, while others take more time. What matters most is showing up, practicing what you learn, and staying consistent. We talk about your goals during the consultation, so you have a sense of what to expect.
Often, yes. In many programs, people continue work or school while receiving support. Sanare PHP is a full day option, so it may limit your ability to work or attend school while enrolled. During the consultation, we talk through your schedule and recommend a level of support that fits what you need.
We review insurance benefits, explain expected costs, and answer questions before you begin so you can make an informed decision.
Treatment includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, somatic, and experiential approaches depending on specific programming or track.
