Ellie Taylor (they/them) is a Licensed Social Worker leading the Turning Point program for LGBTQIA+ Adults in Center City, Philadelphia. Ellie earned their BA in Philosophy from Earlham College and their MSW from Smith College School for Social Work.
Their work as a therapist is deeply rooted in relational and psychodynamic perspectives, trauma theory, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing. Ellie integrates creative art interventions and psychodrama to explore identity, substance use, and healing.
Passionate about the power of group work, Ellie celebrates the resilience and creativity of LGBTQIA+ communities. In their free time, they enjoy drawing, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and hanging out with their cat, Orlando.
