Josh Kashkett

Adult Mental Health Turning Point Program Therapist / On-the-Go Therapist

Josh is a Master’s level clinician who graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Social Work. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Josh has over 10 years of experience working in clinical, residential, and outdoor therapy settings. He has led individuals and groups through rites of passage experiences, promoting investment in mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Josh holds a deep appreciation for holistic care that honors every aspect of a person's overall wellness. He views the client-clinician relationship as a sacred bond built on mutual respect. Josh integrates person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and empowerment approaches to foster growth.

He has extensive experience with adolescents, young adults, and families, while also working across the full lifespan. His warm, thoughtful, and enthusiastic personality shines through in his practice. Josh enjoys play, humor, music, basketball, cooking vegetarian meals, and discovering beautiful trails in nature.
