Josh Kashkett
I’m Josh, a master’s-level clinician with a degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
I have more than ten years of experience working in clinical, residential, and outdoor therapy settings. My work has included leading individuals and groups through rites of passage experiences that strengthen mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I value holistic care that honors the whole person and view the client-clinician relationship as a partnership built on respect and trust. My approach integrates person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and empowerment-focused practices to help clients reconnect with their capacity for growth.
I have worked with adolescents, young adults, families, and adults across the lifespan. My goal is to bring presence, warmth, and humor into the process so it feels both steady and human.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, basketball, cooking vegetarian meals, and exploring nature trails.
