Stephanie Paley-Quain
I’m Stephanie Paley-Quain, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with a degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, where I specialized in Play Therapy.
I lead the Tween IOP program in King of Prussia and also offer in-person and virtual outpatient therapy. I work with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. My goal is to help each child feel understood and supported as they build skills to manage emotions and strengthen self-awareness.
My approach combines person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy with elements of play, mindfulness, and grounding. I often use creative tools such as sand trays, art, and games to help kids express what words alone cannot.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors, spending time at the beach, drawing, and enjoying time with friends, family, and my dogs.
