Samantha Eldredge
I’m Samantha, a licensed clinical social worker with more than twenty years of experience supporting people who have lived through trauma. My work began in domestic violence and child welfare, and in 2017 I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University.
I’m trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Trauma Repair, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and relational trauma. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach grounded in curiosity, respect, and care for each person’s pace.
In both group and individual sessions, I focus on creating a calm, collaborative space where people can understand what their bodies and emotions are communicating. Somatic practices such as mindful movement and grounding often help restore steadiness and connection.
Before joining Sanare, I worked with teens in PHP and IOP programs. When I’m not in session, I enjoy yoga, reading memoirs, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
