Alex Orgera
Alex Orgera (she/her) is a Master’s Level Clinician who graduated from Lesley University with a combined degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She previously earned her B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
Alex specializes in trauma, grief, and abuse recovery using a compassionate, creative approach built on trust and transparency. She incorporates expressive arts, creative writing, sound, movement, and role enactment in therapy. She is also trained in EMDR, parts work, somatic embodiment, and focusing.
Alex is committed to affirming LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, immigrant, disability, and religious minority communities. Clients describe Alex as warm, grounded, and thoughtful.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, writing, yoga, biking, and foraging with her family.
