Erica Warshawer
You know that feeling when your brain won’t slow down, your body’s stuck in high alert, and you’re exhausted from always pushing through?
In sessions with me—whether group or individual—we get to interrupt that cycle. You’ll learn what your nervous system is trying to tell you, build tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and create habits that help you feel more focused, grounded, and connected. We’ll use strategies like CBT, mindfulness, EMDR-informed techniques, and body-based practices to support healing that actually sticks. And we’ll keep it human—expect laughter, curiosity, and real conversations.
I’m Erica Warshawer (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I’m EMDR-certified, a proud ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and a continual learner committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. My approach blends neuroscience, somatic work, executive functioning support, and culturally responsive frameworks to create transformational, personalized plans.
My style is warm, conversational, and down-to-earth. I’m not the silent head-nodder—I show up fully, hold space for whatever you’re carrying, and stay focused on what helps you feel better. In group, we grow through learning, sharing, and skill-building. In individual sessions, we dig deep, reflect, and tailor each step to your goals.
If you’re ready to feel more like you, I’d love to meet you. You don’t have to do this alone.
