Emily Morgan
I’m Emily, a licensed professional counselor and PHP Program therapist. I specialize in treating eating disorders and am trained in trauma-informed care. My work often includes helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma.
Over time, I’ve learned how much courage it takes to begin therapy. My role is to create a space that feels steady and respectful, where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin to make sense of it together.
I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and art-based methods. Each person’s experience is different, so we find what works best for you.
In group settings, connection becomes a source of strength. Listening, sharing, and realizing you are not alone can change how you see yourself and what feels possible moving forward.
