Emily Morgan
Hi there. My name is Emily, and I use she/her pronouns. I'm a licensed professional counselor and a Catalyst Program therapist specializing in treating eating disorders and trained in trauma-informed care.
Over the years, I've gained a deep understanding of the courage it takes to begin this journey toward healing. I understand that navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma can be incredibly difficult. And I, as well as the other clinicians on the Catalyst Program team, am here to support you through it by meeting you where you're at and providing the compassionate care that you deserve.
When we work together, I'll bring a range of evidence-based therapies into sessions and groups, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and even art therapy techniques.
I'm committed to offering a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I believe in building a strong rapport and empowering you with coping skills and tools necessary to navigate life's difficulties.
Together, we'll work to understand the underlying patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles, all while honoring and respecting your unique identity.
I understand that taking this first step toward healing can feel daunting, but I want you to know that you don't have to go through it alone. That's one of the strengths of group therapy: providing a space where you can share experiences, receive support from others, gain new perspectives, and develop a sense of connection and belonging.
If you're ready to take that next step, I encourage you to reach out and begin this journey with us.
