Hi, I’m Athena (she/her)! I’m a pre-licensed professional counselor passionate about helping people from all walks of life better understand themselves, grow through meaningful connections, and feel truly empowered. Our group sessions are warm, supportive — and yes, we love a good zany icebreaker! From “What’s your favorite comfort food?” to “If you could step into any book or movie world, where would you go?” — we believe healing can include laughter, curiosity, and connection.
Through the Catalyst program, we focus specifically on trauma recovery using a powerful method called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR helps us revisit and reprocess past experiences in a safe way, reducing the emotional charge and making space for healing and peace.
