Kathryn Enoch
Kathryn Enoch is a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor. After earning a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University, she went on to complete a Clinical Mental Health Certificate at West Chester University. Kathryn has experience across all levels of care, including inpatient, IOP, Outpatient, group therapy, couples counseling, and individual therapy.
She specializes in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and has a deep passion for group therapy. Kathryn works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related to sexual abuse, PTSD, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
Her approach is holistic, integrating trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients understand how past experiences shape the present, process trauma safely, and create more fulfilling lives.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys reading, listening to music, spending time with family, and playing with her two dogs.
