PHP Therapist (Supervised), Core for Adolescents

I’m Alyssa Innaurato (she/her), a therapist intern at Sanare and a graduate student in West Chester University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. With the guidance of Sanare’s experienced team, I’m building my work around what matters most to me: meeting people with honesty, empathy, and consistency.

I work in the Adolescent PHP Program, where I support teens using approaches that fit their individual needs. My goal is to create a space where they can feel grounded enough to explore what they think, feel, and want to change.

I believe therapy works best when it feels real. For me, that means listening fully, showing up with care, and helping each person begin to steady what once felt uncertain. I look forward to being part of that process with you.
