I’m Faith (she/her), an adult PHP intern at Sanare. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and make real changes in how they move through life. My goal is to help you uncover what matters most to you and find ways to live it out day by day.

In sessions, we focus on honesty, curiosity, and practical growth. We look at thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck and explore what could shift if you gave yourself permission to see things differently.

Therapy with me is about learning to know yourself, not fixing yourself. Together, we will build the awareness and steadiness that help you move toward the life you want.
