Alyssa Seagraves
I’m Alyssa Seagraves (she/her), a PHP program therapist at Sanare. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
Before joining Sanare, I worked extensively with individuals managing both substance use and mental health challenges. I’ve also supported clients coping with eating disorders, personality disorders, and complex trauma.
My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit all play a role in how we experience life. I see my role not as fixing but as helping clients rediscover their own steadiness and capacity for growth. Together, we focus on building awareness, connection, and trust in the parts of themselves that have carried them this far.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, and traveling to new places to climb mountains. I also love spending time with my dog, watching sitcoms, and creating art.
