I’m Richard D’Amato, a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health care. I specialize in treating bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and a range of age-related concerns. My goal is to help each person better understand their mental health and find practical ways to improve their quality of life.

I take a collaborative and evidence-based approach, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams to build treatment plans that fit real lives. I believe the best care happens when people feel informed, respected, and active in their own process.

I stay committed to learning and growing in my practice so I can continue offering care that reflects the latest research and real-world experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, cooking, and exploring the Italian language. You can often find me outdoors working on home projects, gardening, or spending time in nature.
