Carly Patterson
I’m Carly Patterson, a master’s-level clinician with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Elizabethtown College.
I lead the afternoon young adult IOP program in King of Prussia and have experience providing care in both IOP and Outpatient settings. I work with groups and individuals navigating mood disorders, substance use, life transitions, and stress management.
My focus is supporting young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and periods of change. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing within a holistic, person-centered approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
