Jocelyn Moye
I’m Jocelyn, a master’s-level clinician with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. My path into counseling comes from a deep belief in the strength people already carry, even when life feels overwhelming.
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach focused on self-understanding and growth. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and creative and play-based techniques. My goal is to help clients explore what is happening beneath the surface and find tools that bring steadiness and clarity to daily life.
I have experience working with clients of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and seasons of change.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy drawing, painting, working out, exploring nature parks, and spending time with family and friends.
