Shredded Buffalo Chicken (6-8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 ½ cups buffalo wing sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Place the chicken breasts in a crock pot. Cover with buffalo sauce and spices. Cook on low for 4 hours. Shred the chicken using two forks.
