Women's Only IOP

"How might your life have been different if there had been a place for you? A place for you to go, a place of women...a place where you were nurtured from an ancient flow steadying and sustaining you as you sought to become yourself.  A place of women to help you and find trust [what is] already there within yourself...waiting to be released.  How might your life have been different?" -Judith Duerk Circle of Stones: Woman's Journey to Herself

What to expect

As with any of our tracks, individuals can expect to be met with compassion and whole-person oriented approaches to treatment. Each group day is made up of processing, skill-building, experientials and some days, support inclusion. Participants can expect to have space to check-in with progress or stuck points, be challenged to identify and apply skills and to be encouraged to work on specified tools outside of group.

What is the group like?

The Women's Only group has no more than 8 members at a time.  The group meets virtually 4 days a week for 2 1/4 hours.

A welcome message from the clinician

Jen Lubas, LPC

""I started the women’s specific IOP because I saw a need for women to feel safe to talk about their specific issues, ones they may not feel comfortable sharing about in a mixed gender group setting. I have seen significant healing that happens in groups of women who are struggling to empower and support one another and learn the tools we need to thrive, together."
