Qigong for Beginners

Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. When it comes to practice, Qigong exercises employ soft flowing callisthenic (body weight) movements performed primarily in a standing position. This factor enables the vast majority of people of all ages and fitness levels to be comfortable with the practice. Join fellow individuals in a beginner’s class to help move the body and relieve stress.
