Progressive Muscle Relaxation

In this workshop, we will explore the benefits of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and engage in 30-minute practice. PMR is a method that helps relieve that tension. In PMR, you tense a group of muscles as you breathe in, and you relax them as you breathe out. When your body is physically relaxed, you cannot feel anxious. This practice has been shown to better sleep, decrease anxiety, and provide pain relief.
