Assertiveness Training (In-Person)

Many people confuse assertiveness with aggression, anger, antagonism, hostility, or even bullying, but being assertive is none of these things! In this workshop we will explore how to communicate in an effective manner and stand up for our beliefs. Assertiveness training is based on the principle that we all have a right to express our thoughts, feelings, and needs to others, as long as we do so in a respectful way.
