Buffalo Chickpea Salad

  • 1 can low-sodium chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp vegan ranch
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup celery
  • Green onions
  • Garlic, salt + pepper to taste

 

Drain + rinse chickpeas. Mash well in a bowl with a fork, keeping some texture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated.
