Adult Mental Health Turning Point Program Therapist

Feeling stuck, lost, disconnected, or looking for an open and inclusive space where your agency is centered? Welcome.

My name is Luthia Erno, and I'm a licensed associate professional counselor. I run an in-person Turning Point Program group in Center City. Before becoming a therapist, I was a community organizer, and I bring that into my work. I aim to support you and meet you where you're at to chart a path in your life. One that may be winding and difficult, yes, but that is uniquely yours. One that celebrates community and authentic connection with people who have been there.

I pull from different theories, including ACT, systems theory, and dialectical behavior therapy, to help clear away what may no longer be serving you and make room for brighter things. I also encourage light movement, playfulness, and art. I provide therapy with a gender-expansive and anti-racist framework, and I explore neurodiversity, culture, and power structures.

I love group therapy, and I truly believe in the power of collective support. Life is hard, our structures are rigid, and uncertainty is around us. So let’s come together and find a new direction.
