IOP, PHP, and Outpatient offer different levels of time, structure, and connection, and you can explore all three below.

Sanare IOP
Most people understand how growth works in other parts of life. You learn something new, you practice it, and you get better with guidance and repetition. Yet our mental health is rarely given that same kind of effort. Sanare IOP gives you a place to learn new skills, apply them in real situations, and strengthen them with support and small-group connection. It offers a structure that helps you make progress in a way that once-a-week therapy often cannot.

Sanare PHP
When life feels unsteady, having more structure during the day can help you regain your footing. Sanare PHP provides full-day support with creative therapeutic work, skill building, and a small group that keeps you connected as you move forward. This level of care offers the space and guidance to rebuild momentum and feel grounded again.

Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient Therapy is the kind of therapy most people are familiar with. You meet with a therapist regularly to talk, learn, and work through what is on your mind. At Sanare, you can do this through individual sessions or small group work, allowing you to continue the sense of connection that many people find so valuable in IOP.

Often, yes. In many programs, people continue work or school while receiving support. Sanare PHP is a full day option, so it may limit your ability to work or attend school while enrolled. During the consultation, we talk through your schedule and recommend a level of support that fits what you need.
