You may start out at a more intense level of care, going to group therapy 4 times a week. But what do you do when you're ready for less? Or potentially more?

We offer mental health programs at nearly every level of care, so when you're ready to go back to individual therapy once a week, you don't have to put in any extra work to find an entirely new therapist (or give your insurance information out for the thousandth time).

And you don't have to figure it out-our therapists will work with you to help you find what's right for you whether you're just starting with us or are nearing the end of your group therapy program.
