Sophia believes that each individual is unique, and therefore utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in order to meet the specific needs of each client. Sophia also takes a wellness approach to therapy, believing that all clients have the necessary resources to thrive within. In working together, Sophia is committed to providing her client’s a safe space for self-exploration to help utilize these resources and reach their goals.
Outside of work, Sophia likes spending time outdoors, reading a good mystery novel, and enjoying her favorite drink, coffee! She also loves travelling locally and abroad to explore new places and cuisines!
