The combination of these approaches provides a safe and secure environment for clients in the healing process.

Together we will do exercises to develop coping strategies, to manage cravings, negative thoughts and emotional issues related to relationships, family matters and work situations with empathy and compassion.  Clients are able to open up and gain a more informed awareness of themselves as well as a new comfort level in getting along with others in their daily activities.  Hilary’s main objective is to help you address issues and behaviors which may have become a barrier to living your best connected and fulfilling life.

Hilary has two grown sons, enjoys working out, yoga, reading, sudoku and spending time at home with her family and friends.
