Jocelyn Moye, Mental Health Counselor

Jocelyn brings her diverse background to the counseling field. She earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. Jocelyn uses a holistic approach to help clients explore the root causes of life's challenges and improve their wellbeing. Prior to entering the counseling field, Jocelyn gained experience with lifestyle interventions in special education at the middle and high school levels. She also earned Mindfulness education and worked in the holistic health field creating online education programs.

For her clients, her strengths-based approach is rooted in the empowerment of self-understanding and the knowledge of helpful tools techniques. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, creative arts, and playtherapy. Jocelyn is passionate about empowering clients to find techniques that meet their needs and improve their wellbeing. Jocelyn has experience working with clients of all ages who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and adjustment/life transitions.

In addition to counseling, Jocelyn enjoys drawing, painting, working out, and spending time with her family and friends. She likes to explore nature parks and local art and history events.
