Francesca DiGregorio, Mental Health Counselor

Francesca DiGregorio is a Master’s Level clinician who graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to graduate school she obtained her B.A. in Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cabrini University. Francesca presently leads the morning adult and intensive outpatient program in Havertown, PA as well as the adolescent intensive outpatient program in the afternoon.

Francesca has experience working with adults of all ages and adolescents in both intensive outpatient mental health programs and inpatient settings. She specializes in treating clients struggling with anxiety, depression, mood and adjustment disorders. Francesca utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy techniques, while maintaining a person-centered approach with all clients. Francesca also uses a strength-based approach to treatment. She believes that all clients have the resources within them to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives, according to their values. She works to empower her clients and implement positive changes in their lives, while also cultivating a safe space in which self-awareness and self-exploration is encouraged.  Her favorite part of working in the field is having the opportunity to provide empathy and support to each client and serving as a witness on their healing journey. In her free time, Francesca enjoys shopping, baking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
