Yoga for Increased Focus

We all need focus and concentration to complete various day-to-day tasks. However, if you have been struggling with your attention and focus, it’s time that you get your loitering mind to concentrate on the things that you need to do. If you are looking for ways to increase concentration, yoga may offer a solution to your problem. This workshop will include a 45-minute yoga practice in combination with a 15-minute discussion to finish.
