Stretching is a safe and useful activity that can help improve overall flexibility, neuromuscular coordination, balance and postural awareness. When done in a slow and focused manner, an extended stretching routine can also be an excellent relaxation method and stress reducer. This workshop will be a 30-minute stretch routine in combination with a discussion about the benefits of mindful movement.
