Mindful Movement for Stress Relief

Learn about your stress response and how to regulate it using mindfulness techniques.

This workshop allows the opportunity for you to focus on self-care, increase mind/body awareness, practice mindful self-regulation skills and engage in a supportive community!

This in-person workshop will be led by outpatient therapist and YTT-200 instructor, Victoria Maurone
