Mindful Morning Yoga

Start your day off with a mindful yoga class led by YTT-200 instructor and Sanare Outpatient Therapist, Victoria Maurone. This is a gentle yoga class that allows you the opportunity to focus on breath-work, movement, meditation and engage in a supportive community.

This is a beginner level class appropriate for all ages! Yoga mats will be provided!
