Controlling Negative Thoughts (In-Person)

Do you ever find yourself worrying about the future, replaying events in the past, or focusing on the parts of life that leave you dissatisfied? The good news is that with practice, you can replace negative thinking patterns with thoughts that actually help! For instance, it is possible to learn how to separate from negative thoughts and this workshop will explore ways to control and alleviate the stress caused by negative thinking.
