Claudia Greenholt, LCSW

Claudia Greenholt is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania. She completed her Bachelor of Biobehavioral Health at Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Social Work at West Chester University. Prior to Sanare Today, Claudia provided individual and group therapy in a variety of mental health care settings including inpatient treatment, subacute residential programs, and outpatient therapy.

Claudia has a passion for working with the LGBTQ community. She provides an affirming space for all sexual and gender identities and expressions. Claudia’s clinical focus is anxiety, depression, sexuality/gender identity/LGBTQ, family of origin concerns, body image, and life transitions. Claudia’s approach is informed by the systems approach, acknowledging the impacts of culture, society, community, and relationships on personal identity and functioning.

Claudia utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each unique client including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. Rooted in cultural humility, Claudia is committed to anti-oppressive and trauma-informed therapy. Claudia seeks to build a collaborative and compassionate relationship with you to create a meaningful and values-driven life.

In her free time, Claudia enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her partner.
