Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350*F. Mash bananas. Add the eggs, coconut oil & vanilla, and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) and then gradually add to the wet. Stir until everything is well incorporated. Grease a loaf pan and pour in batter. Sprinkle your desired amount of chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean! Enjoy!
