Carly Patterson
Carly Patterson is a Master’s level clinician who graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Elizabethtown College.
Carly currently leads the afternoon young adult Turning Point program in King of Prussia. She has experience providing services in both On-the-go therapy and Turning Point program settings, working with groups and individuals dealing with mood disorders, substance use, life transitions, and stress management.
Her clinical focus is with young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing within a holistic, person-centered framework.
In her free time, Carly enjoys reading, traveling, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
