Adam VanLuvanee, Mental Health Counselor

Adam VanLuvanee is a master's level clinician who graduated with his degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Chester University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Chester University, where he obtained his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Contemplative Studies. Adam currently runs an adolescent IOP at Sanare Today’s Exton location. He also provides outpatient counseling services through Sanare Counseling Services and provides life coaching services as well.

Adam has experience working with adults, young adults, adolescents, and children/tweens in intensive mental health settings. His primary specialty focuses on those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood and bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and trauma disorders. Adam also has experience working with those struggling with eating disorders and OCD. Adam uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. He also has training in mindfulness & meditation techniques for stress reduction.

In his free time, Adam enjoys hiking & being in nature, cooking, traveling, spending time with friends & family, and attending music events.
