How to be Kinder to Yourself (Virtual)

Often, we’re our own worst critic. If we feel anxious or frustrated, we talk to ourselves more harshly than we’d find acceptable by anyone else. When we show ourselves kindness, we start to create new habit patterns and pathways in the brain. These new “mentalities” take us from seeing everything as negative and grim to joyful, positive, and full of opportunity. This workshop will provide tools to further your self-forgiveness and continue to grow that self-compassion muscle. The September 1st workshop about a self-compassion meditation would be a great extension of this workshop and is highly recommended.
