But how do you know what ingredients are right for you?
And how do you design a plan to get those from foods you like?
In this informative talk, Dr. Kate will teach you about your brain, its own unique biochemical needs, and how to get the ingredients that your brain needs to thrive each day.
Did you know, for example, that your neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin are made from the protein you eat each day, and that increasing your consumption of protein and B vitamins can improve depression?
Did you know that omega 3 fatty acids have been shown to improve ADHD symptoms, and you can get them from a smoothie or oatmeal if you include the right ingredients?
