Sanare Today in Exton offers 5 days a week of Mental Health PHP for adults and adolescents assists individuals with maintaining a level of independence while receiving the necessary guidance and mental health treatment to foster healing. The Mental Health PHP Program is for anyone struggling to thrive on a daily basis and looking to gain the tools for thriving no matter the place in your journey. Individual barriers to thriving may look similar to that of our IOP groups, with higher intensity. One may struggle with getting to work or school regularly, completing daily tasks,  relationship problems, lack of daily structure, difficulty with coping and so much more. Sanare Today’s mental health PHP track is for individuals 18 years of age or older. Participants can expect to have a space to check in around emotional regulation patterns, triggers, progress, or stuck points and challenge to apply skills outside of group hours.
