Lucía Hermo, Mental Health Counselor

Lucía Hermo (She/her) is a Master's Level clinician who graduated from Villanova University. She obtained her undergraduate degree at American University, and has previously worked as a community organizer and advocate in the nonprofit sector. She presently leads the morning adult intensive outpatient group in Exton, PA.

Lucía has experience with providing both individual and group therapy and focuses on creating an affirming, empathetic space for people to be able to explore their personal goals and values. She has a relational, strengths-based therapeutic style that focuses on supporting and empowering each person's individual goals and needs. Lucía utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, existential therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, among others.

Lucía is a daughter of Spanish immigrants and is bilingual in Spanish and English.  She has experience with providing LGBTQ+ inclusive therapy and therapy for immigrant communities.

Lucía enjoys being in nature, traveling to new locations, swimming, and walking with her dog, Pepper.
