Day to day living doesn't need to feel so heavy. With our virtual Monday-Thursday 6-8:15pm (EST) group meetings, you will get the opportunity to connect with others while also having the comfort and accessibility of being at home! It's time to give yourself the opportunity to make life become more manageable and less lonely.
Hello to all you beautiful people! My name is Maddie (she/her) and I am a LCMHCA (licensed clinical mental health counselor associate)! Over the last 6 years I have dedicated my time to sitting with people in efforts to help navigate and understand tricky life situations. I am extremely passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself, while also being respectful of where you're at. Life is complicated and we are not supposed to figure it out alone. While utilizing modern day Gestalt techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential questions, I work to make the unconscious conscious, alter negative thought patterns, and understand the purpose of life.
My aim is to share the tools to understand your stressors and prevent carrying the unnecessary weight of unmanaged stress. If any of this relates to you, maybe it's time to shake things up. Whether you've been to therapy before, talked with your pastor, ranted to friends, or even vented to your dog, group therapy will be the perfect place for you.
