I’m Maddie (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. For the past six years, I have worked with people navigating difficult transitions, stress, and self-doubt. My approach combines Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with simple, direct conversations that help make sense of what feels tangled.
We meet virtually in the evenings, creating space that is both structured and flexible enough to fit into real life. Expect conversation, reflection, and shared moments that remind you that life does not have to feel this heavy.
