Maddie Bray

Trauma-Focused Turning Point Program Therapist / On-the-Go Therapist

Maddie Bray is a Master's Level clinician who graduated from Capella University with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling. She previously graduated as a student-athlete from Rowan University with a B.A. in Health Promotion Wellness Management while playing lacrosse.

Maddie provides On-the-go therapy counseling services through Sanare. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, relational issues, family dynamics, and mood and adjustment disorders.

Maddie utilizes a systemic and humanistic approach, combining emotion-focused therapy, externalization, and motivational interviewing techniques. She believes the complexity of social systems impacts thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and she fosters a trusting therapeutic alliance to empower clients.

In her free time, Maddie enjoys hiking, camping, staying active, and adventuring to new places. She has a goal to visit all U.S. National Parks, enjoys thrifting and baking, and loves playing with her cats.
