Leyla Richards

Young Adult Mental Health Turning Point Program Therapist

Leyla Richards (she/her) is a young adult Turning Point program therapist at Sanare. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rosemont College and is a Nationally Certified Counselor.

Leyla practices counseling through an integrative, client-centered lens with a focus on attachment and parts work, using interventions such as EFT, IFS, ACT, and AEDP. She is passionate about helping adult clients feel empowered and increase belief in themselves.

Leyla has worked with couples and individuals, focusing on parenting, relational issues, men's mental health, incarceration, and complex trauma. Her work highlights individual strengths and uses humor and mindfulness to empower clients.

Outside of therapy, Leyla enjoys spending time with her partner (who is also a therapist!), her toddler, and her senior dog.
