I'm Amanda. I'm a licensed master social worker with a passion for creating an environment that supports exploring your own need for change—and helping you achieve it.
My primary modality is CBT, which focuses on helping you understand how the way that we think impacts our emotions and our actions. And if we adjust the way that we think, we can change the way we feel, react, and respond—all for the better.
However, in my group, we also recognize that we're all human, and life gets life-y. So, it's not uncommon to find us chatting about current sporting events, parenting, current TV shows, or just finding humor in the day.
