Sanare IOP
Most people understand how growth works in other parts of life. You learn something new, you practice it, and you get better with steady guidance and repetition. Yet our mental health is rarely given that same effort. Sanare IOP gives you a place to learn new skills, apply them in real time, and strengthen them with support and small-group connection. Many people discover that what they could not get from weekly therapy, they finally find here.

For Referring Professionals
Sanare IOP provides structured, small-group treatment for clients who need consistent therapeutic support and a steady environment to strengthen daily functioning. Clients can usually be scheduled for a consultation within 24 to 48 hours, and we coordinate directly with inpatient, PHP, and outpatient providers to prevent gaps in care. Every client begins with an assessment that shapes an individualized treatment plan. Small groups, consistent structure, and one-to-one support help us understand each client’s needs and provide steady, evidence-based guidance.
IOP operates four days per week with daytime and evening options. Length of stay varies, but most clients complete 24 to 32 sessions. Treatment integrates DBT, IFS, CBT, EMDR, expressive therapies, experiential methods, and trauma-informed care to support sustainable, real-life change. With consent, we keep you informed through regular updates, medication and case management coordination, and shared planning as clients step down.
Sanare is in network with most major commercial plans, and our admissions team manages benefit verification and authorizations.

Everyone moves at a different pace. Some people start to feel a shift within a few weeks, while others take more time. What matters most is showing up, practicing what you learn, and staying consistent. We talk about your goals during the consultation, so you have a sense of what to expect.
Often, yes. In many programs, people continue work or school while receiving support. Sanare PHP is a full day option, so it may limit your ability to work or attend school while enrolled. During the consultation, we talk through your schedule and recommend a level of support that fits what you need.
We review insurance benefits, explain expected costs, and answer questions before you begin so you can make an informed decision.
Treatment includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, somatic, and experiential approaches depending on specific programming or track.
