When you start therapy, you want to work with someone who has a deeper understanding, can help you navigate various challenges, and can keep you motivated. My role as a supervisor is to help get our therapists everything they need so you get the best experience possible.

Hi! I’m Kourtney and I am a clinical supervisor for Sanare’s Delaware sites. I am licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, which just means both states recognize all the education and experience I’ve completed over the years in order to be a better therapist and supervisor.  I love helping therapists grow and expanding programs at Sanare to ensure each person has a great experience. Anyone at Sanare can come chat with me if they have a question or want to share about a win – I have an open door!  

Here at Sanare, we match each person with a therapist’s style and specialty so you can have the most comfortable experience. Our Delaware locations have initial consultations, individual therapy, and mental health, substance use, and trauma groups. Another fun fact… we are not a stuffy therapy office – we get up and move and have fun – we laugh! Who doesn’t want to come to group and laugh as well as learn?!  

After learning new skills and connecting with others, you’ll experience freedom from those hard symptoms you sometimes thought would never go away.  It’s a life win – to be able to help ourselves feel, think, and do better and have consistency with these habits!
