You know how when you’re finally ready to get help, you hope the person on the other side actually gets it? That they’re not just checking boxes, but genuinely care about who’s walking through the door? That’s where I come in.

I help bring in therapists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners who aren’t just skilled, but human—people you’d feel safe talking to. I guide them through interviews and the hiring process, making sure they have what they need to show up fully for you. I also conduct internal audits for our clinical team to ensure care remains safe, ethical, and effective.

My goal is simple: to make sure what happens behind the scenes reflects the kind of experience we’d want for ourselves or someone we love. Knowing how much strength it takes to seek help is what drives me to keep building and supporting a team that meets you with both compassion and excellence.

Outside of work, you can usually find me in the garden, baking, spending time with my very stubborn (but very cute) English bulldog puppy, or experimenting with a new art project.
